Baltimore Hot Spots

This page, Baltimore Hot Spots is dedicated to the places and spaces where a single lady might be able to go, alone and feel comfortable. Though I no longer "hang" like I used to, I do get out now and then and will add to this list whenever possible. My wish is for you not to sit at home, alone waiting for the phone to ring. Get out there and let the folks see how special you are! Gentlemen, this is no slight to you. You would be most welcome at any place I list. Most men roll alone, just trying to get the ladies to do the same! Feel free to email your suggestions to me!

Notre Maison

Open Thursday - Friday

Though no hot food is served, there are herbal teas, fruit juice and cheesecake is available. Written up in the Baltimore Sun (November 18th, 2004) this is a wonderful place to visit and come back again and again! Great atmosphere, interesting people and beautiful setting. You will TRULY feel welcomed!
Update from Ms.Jacqui

Greetings New Faces and Familiar Faces,

know it has been some time since our minds have intertwined. Therefore, I would first like to say "Hi Baby. How ya been? With everything on your mind, I hope all is well with ya." All is well at Notre Maison. I have gotten much needed rest and a little change of life. For those of you I still see, it is well worth keeping the doors open to see your smiling faces. For those of you I do not see anymore, I still have love for ya. Just because some of us may have forgotten, Notre Maison hours are:
1st Thursdays of the month
- Poetic Sit Hosted by Ad-Lib 8pm-11pm
1st and 3rd Fridays of the month
- CHAT Night Hosted by You 8pm-12am (You make CHAT happen. If you don't like the topic, change the subject.)
All other days are available for rentals or shows. Hence:
VINX is returning to Notre Maison.
(He is the most requested artist and the artist who has held the most amount of listening parties in Notre Maison's six year history.) Come grove with us as we laugh and grove with him
Friday, October 10, 2008.
Doors at 8pm. Show starts at 8:30pm. $20 cover
See you soon,

Be mindful of the role you play in the lives of others. Keep
reading. Keep writing. Keep encouraging our children to be
positive and brilliant in their own light!

Acknowledge and Enjoy Your Blessings,
Jacqui

For the truly adventuresome, a visit to this Hot Spot is just what the doctor ordered for clearing out the cobwebs and shaking a tail feather. The music in this nightclub is fantastic, just try to sit in your seat (if you are lucky enough to have one). Gets a little crowded but I have NEVER had a bad time.
Ladies, this is a solo journey- like taking sand to the beach. The food is good and just what a body needs to keep on dancing!

Daily6:00pm - 2:00am

No Jeans or Tims Saturday and Sunday

Jazz on Sunday evening- call for exact time$5.00 cover after 10:00pm
